So, the build-out continues. Deomlition is underway! We ran into a minor problem (ok, it was major) with a leak from the top floor, but that has since been resolved and all patched up. A lot more dust (and a couple of scratches) but the space is opening up.
This brick wall will eventually be torn out and become a large picture window.
